Facility Management Services include the following

  • All the services offered under Technical Support Services ( Hardware maintenance services, Software maintenance service and Network management services ).
  • All the services offered under System Administrative Services.
  • Provision of Resident Representative on 4hr – 6 days a week and 8hr – 6 days a week basis as per customer specific requirement.
  • Vendor Liason : For hardware warranty / AMC.
  • MIS Report Generation :  Reports will be generated to offend response and resolution time. These reports will be passed on to Systems department of the company.
  • Consumables management : Monitoring consumable usage and distribution, defining reorder levels and escalates to Systems/Purchase department for ordering the consumables.
  • Generation of knowledge database : On analyzing the nature of end-user calls on desktop software, a database can be created to understand the kind of problems users are facing. These reports can be helpful in conducting training programs for the end-users.
  • Product sourcing : Proactive consultancy and facility with negotiated Dynamic Rate Contracts (DRC) with vendors and principals through a customized web solution.
